I require 24 hours in advance for cancellations. If this policy is not met, I charge $50 for the late fee before you can rebook. No call no shows will not be allowed to rebook.

Your satisfaction is my greatest priority! I give clients one week to reach out for a redo if you are not satisfied with the outcome of your hair. I do not give refunds, however I will adjust your hair at no cost.
